KONTAKT PÅ LEJREN
Når vi er afsted på lejr, har I som kontaktpersoner/forældre mulighed for at kontakte vores deltagere. Vi anbefaler dog, at dette holdes på et minimum, da det kan skabe unødig hjemve. En god ide kan være i stedet, at sende en email til deltageren på vores emailadresse, som vi kan læse op eller vise til ham/hende.
Deltagerne har ikke adgang til deres mobiltelefoner i løbet af ugen. Vi indsamler dem ved ankomst og deler dem ud igen, når de skal hjem.
Nogle deltagere har behov for at ringe hjem en eller to gange i løbet af ugen og det får de naturligvis lov til. Igen prøver vi at holde dette på et minimum. Både af hensyn til unødig hjemve, men i øvrigt, da det er svært at koodinere 80 deltagere som ønsker at ringe hjem dagligt. Vi er konstant opmærksomme på deltagernes trivsel på lejren og vurderer hele tiden den enkelte deltagers behov for kontakt med omverdenen.

I NØDSTILFÆLDE kan vi kontaktes døgnet rundt på 70 20 76 16. Nummeret er til vores akut-telefon og derfor skal der KUN ringes til dette nummer, såfremt der er tale om et nødstilfælde!
CONTACT AT CAMP
During your childs' stay at camp we recommend that contact with home is kept to a minimum as it can cause unnecessary homesickness. Instead we advise you to send an email to your child on our email address that we can read or show him/her.
The children do not have access to their own mobile phones during the week. We collect all phones on arrival and will distribute them again when returning home. Therefore it is not possible for you to call og text your child on his/her own phone.
Some children need to call home once or twice during the week and that is of course allowed. Again, we try to keep this to a minimum. Both to prevent unnecessary homesickness, but also as it is difficult for us to coordinate 80 children calling home daily. We are constantly aware of the childrens' well-being during camp and assess each child's need for contact with home.

In case og an EMERGENCY we can be contacted day and night on 70 20 76 16. This number is for our emergency phone and therefore you should ONLY call this number in case of an emergency!
